STEVEN GERRARD has told Josh Windass and James Tavernier they are going NOWHERE this summer, according to reports.
SunSport exclusively revealed last month how the pair are transfer targets for English Premier League sides.

Burnley are set to go head-to-head with newly-promoted Cardiff City for Windass.
While we revealed Crystal Palace’s interest in Tavernier as they line up a £3.5million move for the defender.
But new Rangers boss Gerrard is reportedly determined to keep the pair at Ibrox and has personally told them this.
According to the Daily Record, the Liverpool legend flew out to Dubai last month to meet Windass while he was on holiday.


And he reportedly told the 24-year-old to concentrate on playing for Rangers next season.
Gerrard has also apparently taken the step of telling Ibrox director of football Mark Allen NOT to encourage bids for Windass or Tavernier this summer.

Meanwhile, the new boss is currently in France where he has been watching the Toulon Tournament as part of his Uefa Pro-Licence.
SunSport reported how he is also scouting possible transfer targets while he is in the country.
